The website presents Novyst products, brands and services. Visiting, registering interest or requesting a proposal does not constitute a contract.
Products and proposals
Plans, prices, features and availability are confirmed on product websites and in contract terms. Digital services are subject to a proposal stating scope, deliverables, price, timing and responsibilities. Website packages start at the stated price and depend on scope. Third-party costs and applicable taxes are identified in the proposal.
Website delivery
The stated model provides for 50% to start and the balance before final publication. Estimated delivery depends on receiving all materials, access and the initial payment. One consolidated revision is included in the starting package. Scope changes are assessed before execution. Specific terms are set out in the accepted proposal.
Results
We do not guarantee sales volumes, search rankings, growth percentages or complete absence of failures. Goals are interpreted in the context of the agreed service.
Intellectual property
Brands, logos, text and other elements belong to their respective owners. Availability does not grant reproduction or commercial use rights beyond those permitted by law.
Use and responsibility
Unlawful use, security compromise or service disruption are not permitted. We aim to keep information current. Contact us if you find inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. External products and services have their own terms.
