How much does a business website cost?

What a Novyst website from €490 includes, which costs to confirm and how to compare proposals beyond the number of pages.

Define the scope before comparing prices

A website presenting a business involves different work from a portal with accounts, payments and permissions. Before comparing prices, define the goal: receive enquiries, present services, capture booking requests or support operations. Then list pages, languages and the tasks visitors need to complete. Two proposals are comparable only when they cover the same work.

The Novyst starting point: from €490

The starting offer includes up to five pages with custom design, mobile and desktop layouts, initial technical SEO, a contact form, one review round and publication. It uses the copy and photos you supply. The final price, applicable taxes and external costs are confirmed in the proposal before payment. This starting price does not apply to every type of project.

Put external costs in writing

Confirm who pays for the domain, hosting and renewals. The Novyst starting offer excludes domain and hosting unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Also ask about photography, extensive copywriting, translations, licences, email services and maintenance. Separate construction costs from recurring costs and identify who retains access to the accounts and files.

When the page count is not enough

A services page with a simple contact form differs from a booking calendar, customer portal or stock integration. Within Novyst, BCaly connects bookings to service operations; StandCore connects vehicles to commercial information. These needs require an assessment of processes and access as well as pages. For accounts, permissions or integrations, request a platform scope.

Timing and review are part of the price

The initial estimate is seven business days after all agreed content, access and the initial payment are received. After proposal acceptance, payment is split into 50% to start and the balance before publication. The included review gathers feedback into one round. Scope changes or missing materials can affect timing; written conditions keep expectations aligned.

Prepare a request that supports a concrete answer

Send a business description, services, intended pages, languages, current website and essential features. Add examples you like and a preferred date, explaining any reason behind it. The Novyst brief lets you collect these details in writing. A useful proposal sets out deliverables, limits, responsibilities and terms.
